About CASLT

Our History

CASLT was founded in 1970 in Winnipeg. Over the years, the Association has grown from a small team of volunteers into a multi-level organization.

Our volunteer members always played an integral role in moving us forward. The Board of Directors and the National Council Representatives all put in time and effort as volunteers to set priorities for the Association and move it forward.
