En 2022, l\u2019ACPLS a obtenu du financement du gouvernement du Canada pour \u00e9laborer des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de renforcement de la communaut\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une s\u00e9rie de cours d\u2019apprentissage professionnel pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/colab.caslt.org\/fr\/cours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CoLab ACPLS<\/a>. Ces cours exploreront des strat\u00e9gies pour la d\u00e9colonisation et l\u2019autochtonisation de la p\u00e9dagogie des langues secondes et additionnelles, et mettront en lumi\u00e8re le parcours transformateur du d\u00e9sapprentissage (d\u00e9colonisation), de l\u2019apprentissage (autochtonisation) et du r\u00e9apprentissage (r\u00e9conciliation).<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous sommes ravis de pr\u00e9senter notre nouvelle s\u00e9rie virtuelle d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements de la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage professionnel (CAP)\u00a0: la s\u00e9rie Parcours de transformation. Une CAP est un groupe ou un r\u00e9seau d\u2019enseignant(e)s qui s\u2019engagent dans des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage collaboratives et continues en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques d\u2019enseignement et les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les CAP sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par la collaboration, les objectifs communs, la pratique r\u00e9flexive, le soutien mutuel et la responsabilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.caslt.org\/fr\/recherche-et-projets\/projet-parcours-de-transformation\/\">projet Parcours de transformation<\/a>, nous vous invitons \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ces rencontres o\u00f9 vous aurez l\u2019occasion\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de d\u00e9couvrir le contenu et les objectifs des cours;<\/li>\n<li>de vous engager dans des discussions ouvertes pour poser des questions, partager des id\u00e9es et \u00e9changer des exp\u00e9riences avec des enseignant(e)s aux vues similaires;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019explorer le potentiel transformateur de la d\u00e9colonisation et de l\u2019autochtonisation de la p\u00e9dagogie des langues dans votre pratique d\u2019enseignement;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens avec une communaut\u00e9 dynamique d\u2019enseignant(e)s qui favorisent des environnements d\u2019apprentissage inclusifs et sensibles \u00e0 la culture;<\/li>\n<li>de vous joindre \u00e0 nous dans un parcours de transformation \u00e9ducative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Infuser les visions du monde des peuples autochtones dans les p\u00e9dagogies L+<\/h5>\n<p>Bienvenue \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re rencontre de notre s\u00e9rie Parcours de transformation. Rejoignez nos animatrices pour en savoir plus sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration des visions du monde autochtones dans les p\u00e9dagogies de L+. Vous d\u00e9couvrirez le nouveau cours, qui pr\u00e9sente des connaissances sur les roues de m\u00e9decine, l\u2019apprentissage aupr\u00e8s des A\u00een\u00e9(e)s, la narration orale et la reconnaissance de la terre. Le cours explore \u00e9galement comment int\u00e9grer ces connaissances dans votre classe de L+. Dans cette s\u00e9ance, nous discuterons d\u2019un des plans de le\u00e7on du cours et nous pratiquerons la narration orale avec d\u2019autres enseignant(e)s de langues de partout au Canada. Les discussions en petits groupes visent \u00e0 favoriser un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de collaboration.
