Les livres de cuisine canadiens à l’honneur organisé par Bibliothèque et archives Canada (mai 2004–février 2005), ce site saura intéresser non seulement les historiens et les sociologues, mais quiconque aime faire la cuisine et savourer un bon repas. Le site comprend deux livres de cuisine du XIXe siècle qui se prêtent bien à la recherche, ainsi que des ressources alléchantes pour les élèves et les enseignants.
