Session Description: This two-hour Make and Take workshop will be delivered totally in French as a French Immersion Train the Trainer hands-on workshop in Instructional Intelligences tactics and strategies- Learn how to guide your intermediate level French Immersion students to work with French immersion students from grades one to four in a public library setting, gaining community service hours while promoting a love of French. Discover a successful Public Libraries project at Angus Glen Public Library in Markham between French Immersion student volunteers in grades 10 and 12 at Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School (Markham, Ontario and French immersion and Francophone elementary school students in the general Markham community. This program is now entering its third successful year.
