Training for Intensive French

CASLT and Intensive French

The Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (CASLT) supports Intensive French, an innovative approach to revitalizing Core French programs.

We are a member of the National Intensive French Leadership Committee.

We provide information sessions and present teacher workshops to help with successful implementation in the schools.

We also coordinate the Intensive French communications listservs and posts the most recent developments on our Web site.


Summer training sessions

Each summer, Departments of Education from the various provinces and territories work together to host training sessions for the teachers involved in Intensive French. CASLT supports these sessions by promoting them and assisting with coordination. As dates are decided for each summer, information is posted here.
