SUMMARY:2018 Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:CASLT holds its annual general meeting (AGM) each fall. At the AGM\, CASLT members and stakeholders gather to discuss important updates\, vote\, and network. \nThe 2018 AGM took place in Gatineau\, Quebec and brought together 80 participants. Second language education stakeholders discussed Canada’s 2018–2023 Action Plan for Official Languages: Investing in Our Future with a focus on the opportunities it provides to address the ongoing challenge of the FSL teacher shortage. \nThe AGM was followed by CASLT’s 2018 Networking Day.
