To lay the groundwork for the 2019 Languages Without Borders (LWB) conference, CASLT and L2RIC will hold a pre-conference roundtable on the theme of “Leadership in Second Language Education: Challenges and Opportunities.”

This roundtable will provide a forum for leaders in second language education to share their perspectives on key challenges, innovations, and opportunities in their particular area. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss challenges and propose innovations.

The LWB pre-conference roundtable will be held on May 2, 2019, from 1:30–4:30 p.m. at the Fredericton Convention Centre. Dr. Miles Turnbull, Vice-principal Academic of Bishop’s University, will moderate.
