Celebrating Languages Without Borders (CLWB) 2020 to be Held Virtually

Given the ongoing travel restrictions and social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CASLT and the BCATML have decided to shift the CLWB 2020 conference to a virtual event instead.

Conference registration is temporarily closed so that the organizers can adjust the registration fees to align with the expected costs. Therefore, conference attendees will benefit from reduced fees.

The conference will be held on the originally scheduled dates of October 23 and 24, 2020.

Despite this adjustment, we fully intend to deliver a conference brimming with high quality professional learning. We are working towards delivering more than 100 sessions on current L2 research and innovative, exemplary classroom practices.

With this virtual conference, we will still be able to provide all attendees with the opportunity to meet, connect, and share high-impact strategies and experiences with colleagues from around the world without geographic barriers.
