The Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (CASLT) and the British Columbia Association of Teachers of Modern Languages (BCATML) are proud to co-host Celebrating Languages Without Borders (CLWB) 2020. This edition of our premier national professional development conference for second language educators and stakeholders will take place on October 23–24, 2020.

This year, due to travel restrictions and social distancing requirements, the conference will be online, offering even greater opportunities for participation without the logistical barriers of geography or time. Some sessions may be recorded and added to CASLT’s professional development resources, enabling asynchronous as well as synchronous conference participation.

With over 100 high quality presentations, CLWB 2020 offers an exciting range of professional development sessions and keynotes discussing the latest L2 research and innovative, exemplary classroom practices. Online networking opportunities and a virtual trade show will also enable participants to share information, exchange ideas, and learn about new resources.
