Dans le cadre de sa mission de soutien aux enseignants et \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement de langues secondes au Canada, l\u2019ACPLS organise une s\u00e9rie de webinaires de formation professionnelle en ligne qui explorent le r\u00f4le de la technologie dans l\u2019enseignement et l\u2019apprentissage des langues.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel de soutien fait partie int\u00e9grante de la direction d\u2019une \u00e9cole et contribue \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer l\u2019attrition des enseignants. La recherche d\u00e9montre syst\u00e9matiquement que les enseignants r\u00e9ussissent dans des environnements o\u00f9 ils se sentent soutenus et valoris\u00e9s, et o\u00f9 ils entretiennent des relations de confiance avec leurs administrateurs. Depuis l\u2019introduction de l\u2019apprentissage en ligne, les administrateurs se sont peut-\u00eatre demand\u00e9 comment ils pouvaient continuer \u00e0 soutenir les enseignants de langues dans de nouveaux environnements d\u2019apprentissage mixte. Cette table ronde interactive mettra l\u2019accent sur des strat\u00e9gies pratiques pour que les leaders scolaires inspirent ces enseignants de langues et favorisent leur r\u00e9ussite.
