Important Tax Information
In compliance with federal and Quebec law, we are required to charge Quebec Sales Tax (QST) exclusively to Quebec residents for conference registration fees. Non-Quebec residents will not be charged QST on registration fees. Please select the appropriate registration form based on your residency to ensure correct tax application.

* Non-Member: LWB conference registration includes one membership to CASLT or to AQEFLS. A membership to the other association is available at a reduced rate of $30 plus tax.
** Student: Full-time students only. Student ID will be required on site. Includes a CASLT membership.
*** Presenters with accepted proposals must register by January 31, 2025. LWB conference registration includes one membership to CASLT or to AQEFLS, or a one-year extension for current members. A membership to the other association is available at a reduced rate of $30 plus tax.
