Valia Spiliotopoulos is an Assistant Professor for the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on Immersion/ Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), French teacher education, and bilingual/multilingual education. She has over 20 years’ experience teaching English and French in British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
