About the Bursary Program
Languages Without Borders (LWB), Canada’s premier conference for additional language educators and stakeholders, aims to foster an environment of rich cultural exchange and collaboration by bringing together educators from different regions and linguistic backgrounds. All attendees, regardless of the language(s) they teach, can find valuable resources, innovative ideas, and professional learning opportunities at LWB that directly benefit their classrooms and learners.
CASLT is committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity within LWB. We recognize that certain communities — such as teachers and organizations working with Indigenous, international, and signed languages — have been traditionally underrepresented at this conference. We are pleased to offer a bursary program to support these stakeholders’ participation in LWB 2025.
